Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day drafting department activities including the use of Engineering information, manufacturing parameters and customer’s technical specifications to check shop drawings, develop and maintain fabrication and field installation drawings and Bills of Material relating to the utility structures industry.
Requirements: Associate's Degree in Drafting or related major. Knowledge and technical skills of recent AutoCAD releases, a minimum of two years of checking experience with tubular steel transmission structures or structural steel experience, and three to five years Drafting experience with a strong ability to utilize engineering, manufacturing and customers’ technical specifications in the production of pole drawings. Experience with AutoCAD programming is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities: The Help Desk Technician receives, prioritizes, documents and monitors IT help requests to ensure appropriate and timely end user assistance. Principle duties include responding to requests for assistance by providing basic technical support, coordinating and scheduling assistance, monitoring event status and facilitating rapid resolutions. Other key duties will include preparing reports and metrics from support data, as well as configuring and maintaining the Help Desk software application.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience is required in each of the following areas: supporting Windows desktop operating systems, supporting commonly used software applications like Microsoft Office, and diagnosing PC hardware and peripheral problems.

Responsibilities: Qualified individual will be responsible for managing on time staging of miscellaneous product and bundles for jobs being shipped, assigning parts that need to be cycle counted on a weekly basis per area of responsibility, ensuring the cleanliness of areas assigned to those who pull miscellaneous parts and bundles, and assist in reconciling cycle counts. Other duties of the position include, but are not limited to ensuring jobs on the floor are pulled accurately and in time per the ship schedule, ensuring that the associates that are pulling orders understand the pick ticket process and location of bins.
Requirements: Successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years of recent inventory control experience. Must also have a solid understanding of production work orders and reporting, pick tickets and how they are issued, and an understanding of the shipping schedule. Candidate will also have working knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must along with the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities: Inspect all lifting equipment prior to use (forklifts, cranes, monorails, chains, slings, etc). Inspect all outgoing material to determine condition, proper identification, piece count, and safe handling. Record all incoming/outgoing shipments of materials and equipment. Also, maintain files of all necessary documentation. Safely load outgoing shipments with the proper use of forklifts, overhead cranes, material shuttles, pallet trucks, etc. Communicate status of outgoing material to the necessary personnel such as the Plant Supervisor and/or the Kettle Lead.
Requirements: Prior Galvanizing experienced required. Prior Heavy Duty Forklift experience in an open environment required. Must be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred. Must be able to obtain STS Forklift/Crane Certification. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must be physically able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be capable of loading and unloading trucks for inspection and/or rigging.
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead person, the painter performs all duties involved in surface preparation, spray-gun application of powder or liquid coatings, oven-curing as necessary, and wrapping of painted products for shipment. The incumbent is also responsible for understanding and complying with safety and environmental regulations and policies as they pertain to the painting procedures.
Requirements: Previous painting experience preferred. Must have knowledge of basic shop mathematics, addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals. Must be able to read and write. Must be able to or learn how to read a tape measure. Must be able to stand 100% of scheduled shift. Lifting, pushing, prying, and dragging heavy materials will be required. Must be capable of bending, stooping, crawling under or over, and climb stairs. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities: Performs production within prescribed codes, and according to prescribed procedures, specifications, and drawings. Uses FCAW welding process to weld components.
Requirements: Previous welding experience required preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must be capable of bending, stooping, crawling as well as lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Responsibilities: The Structural Engineer is responsible for the interpretation of customer specifications, developing design proposal of structures, processing orders by using the company's approved related design procedures and computer software, supporting CAD drawing preparation and collaborating with manufacturing on processes and procurement. Communications with customers, which may include customer contact by phone, letter, fax, email and in person, are required.
Requirements: Successful candidate must have, as a minimum a B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering with strong analytical background. Related work experience in electrical transmission and substation structure design is a plus. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
Responsibilities: Creating CAD drawings, details, and assemblies from rough sketches, layouts and/or verbal instruction to support manufacturing process.
Requirements: Qualified applicant should have technical certification/associate degree in CAD, Science, Engineering, or related technical fields, as well as, the ability to apply engineering principles, methods and practices in a manufacturing environment with excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant must be self-motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner. Experience is required in AutoCAD 2006 or newer software within architectural/electrical/mechanical discipline. Three (3) years minimum experience in AutoCAD Mechanical or Autodesk Inventor is desired.
