Requirements: Successful candidate will have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, minimum Class D. Climbing, Anritsu, Connector, and other wireless certifications is a plus. Candidate must have 1-2 years in directly related wireless cell tower construction, including; tower climbing, repelling, sweep testing, ginpole usage, stacking monopoles, erecting towers and other aspects. Candidate must demonstrate computer literacy. Must be team-oriented and in good physical condition. Successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities; knowledge of knots and rigging, ability to follow an antenna plumbing chart, knowledge in RET systems and installation, knowledge in routing and supporting coax and jumpers, knowledge in grounding specifications for all major carriers, ability to be stationed and work out of manlift equipment, and the ability to climb heights.

Responsibilities: Incumbent will use Auto-Cad to interpret a print of a part to be burned, drilled, and/or punched for the purpose of supplying the CNC machines with needed information to produce the part. Communicates with Engineering, Production, and Material Management to keep abreast of changes in part dimensions, production scheduling of parts and manufacturing needs to complete order. Prepares material requirements for Purchasing Department and processes order for manufacturing. Utilizes excess inventory in the most efficient way to substitute and/or modify existing assemblies or parts to fill in existing orders. Responsible for updating program files in manufacturing CNC machines. Prepares anchor bolt setting templates. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Two years experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing of any steel products. Ability to do basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, trigonometry, division and algebra, with both fractions and decimals. Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of Auto-Cad systems. Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day drafting department activities including the use of Engineering information, manufacturing parameters and customer's technical specifications to check shop drawings, develop and maintain fabrication and field installation drawings and Bills of Material relating to the utility structures industry.
Requirements: Associate's Degree in Drafting or related major. Knowledge and technical skills of recent AutoCAD releases, a minimum of two years of checking experience with tubular steel transmission structures or structural steel experience, and three to five years Drafting experience with a strong ability to utilize engineering, manufacturing and customers' technical specifications in the production of pole drawings. Experience with AutoCAD programming is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Must have working knowledge of OSHA, State and Local Governing Authority in Safety, Environmental, DOT regulations. Working knowledge of Workers Compensation regulations and Case management. Responsibilities: Reviews safety issues, accidents and near misses and works with the leadership team and employees to develop plans for resolution. Conducts and schedules site and safety compliance inspections, including accidents and incidents investigation. Uses a working knowledge of personal, industrial & occupational safety to manage safety programs such as Life Safety Code, Forklift Operations, Hoist & Crane Operations, Lifting Equipment programs, Blood borne Pathogen Exposure Control, Respiratory Protection, PPE Program, Hazard Communication and other OSHA required programs. Collects site storm water samples. Conducts production, shop and maintenance floor audits, submitting maintenance requests as required ensuring corrective actions. Responsibilities: Supervise subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring, and evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplining action. Determine and develop vendor sourcing for manufactured and MRO items through the analysis of optimal pricing, delivery, and quality mix. Evaluate and use outsourced services where appropriate. Carefully review and obtain required approvals for all agreements for outside services. Prepare and issue purchase orders and change notices staying abreast of production schedules. Requirements: Qualified applicant should have technical certification/associate degree in CAD, Science, Engineering, or related technical fields, as well as, the ability to apply engineering principles, methods and practices in a manufacturing environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
