Responsibilities: Qualified individual will train with the Sabre sales department by working with existing inside and outside sales staff. Duties will include obtaining and maintaining full product line knowledge, processing and coordination of sales quotes/job order approvals for customers, territory analysis, maintenance and expansion of customer database and activities within sales regions. Additional assignments include development of sales strategies/business plans and customer networking.

Responsibilities: Qualified candidate will be responsible for pulling tower parts using a forklift and completing paperwork accordingly. Other responsibilities include processing pick tickets and production work orders, and coordinating material being pulled by the inventory control department.
Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of recent experience is preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of a team environment. Ability to comprehend documents such as blue prints, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently exert up to 30 pounds of force. Candidates must also contribute to safety and quality control standards.
Responsibilities: Qualified professional will assist the Corporate Controller in supervising the day to day activities of the accounting department. Other responsibilities include timely and accurate completion of consolidated financial statements, supervision of the accounts payable and receivable departments, monitoring compliance filing for sales tax and income tax in various states, process improvement and other operational duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.
Requirements: Successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with 7 plus years of recent Accounting experience. Candidates that hold a CPA certification and have some public accounting experience are preferred. Must possess a solid understanding of GAAP, including complex issues, and have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidate will have solid skills in detail, accuracy, and integrated manufacturing systems. Proficient PC/software abilities with Microsoft products, ERP, and excellent oral and written communication skills along with an energetic and positive attitude are required.
Responsibilities: Qualified welders will prepare materials for fabrication of welded products. Previous welding and blue print reading experience required. Metal fabrication and welding certifications preferred.

Responsibilities: Creating CAD drawings, details, and assemblies from rough sketches, layouts and/or verbal instruction to support manufacturing process.
Requirements: Qualified applicant should have technical certification/associate degree in CAD, Science, Engineering, or related technical fields, as well as, the ability to apply engineering principles, methods and practices in a manufacturing environment with excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant must be self-motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner. Experience is required in AutoCAD 2006 or newer software within architectural/electrical/mechanical discipline. Three (3) years minimum experience in AutoCAD Mechanical or Autodesk Inventor is desired.
Responsibilities: Chosen candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day STS drafting department activities including the use of STS Engineering information, manufacturing parameters and customer's technical specifications to create shop drawings, develop and maintain fabrication and field installation drawings, and Bills of Material relating to the utility structures industry.
Requirements: Successful candidates will have knowledge and technical skills of recent AutoCAD releases, a minimum of two years experience of the Tubular Steel Transmission Structures or structural steel experience, and must possess exceptional detailing principles with a strong ability to utilize engineering, manufacturing and customers’ technical specifications in the production of pole drawings. Experience with AutoCAD programming is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities: Developing, interpreting and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts and analysis. Serves as a resource for all business areas concerning financial performance and analysis including inventory and cost analysis. Produces and analyzes monthly financial reports, maintains financial and business modeling programs. Prepares monthly financial analysis and reports any trends, issues or abnormalities within the data. Assists manager with timely, accurate and comprehensive review, development and implementation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
Requirements: Successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with CPA, or CMA preferred and five+ years progressively responsible accounting or finance experience. Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications, ERP, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required.
Responsibilities: Qualified engineer will be responsible for designing electric transmission pole structures, developing design proposals, supporting CAD drawing preparation and collaborating with manufacturing on processes and procurement. Additional responsibilities include coordination of multiple tasks/projects.
Requirements: Successful candidate will have a BS in Structural or Civil Engineering and related work experience in design and fabrication detailing of transmission pole structures with strong verbal and written communication skills.
