David Winkeljohn Appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sabre Tubular Structures
Fort Worth, TX, October 9, 2007: Sabre Tubular Structures, a leading steel pole manufacturer located in Fort Worth, Texas, announces the appointment of David M. Winkeljohn to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In the utility industry for 21 years, Winkeljohn has extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, T & D design and project management. Prior to joining Sabre Tubular Structures, he held leadership positions in sales, strategic planning, marketing and contract administration for the Steel Structures Division of Thomas and Betts Corporation. Before working with Thomas and Betts, Winkeljohn engineered and managed T & D projects at Virginia Power and Dayton Power and Light. At Sabre Tubular Structures, he will be responsible for all sales, marketing, business development and contract administration activities.
A licensed professional engineer, Winkeljohn holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. He and his family reside in Flower Mound, Texas.
